Russia and the EU have agreed on the conditions of the winter package of gas supplies to Ukraine. Europe is ready to provide $500 million for gas injection in  the Ukrainian underground storage facilities. Russia promises to offer discount only in case if the price calculated by the formula will not be lower than in the neighboring European countries.
