10/04/2018 // The III International Conference "Risk Management in the Oil and Gas Sector: Industrial and Information Security" has been opened in Moscow on October 4, 2018

The Conference has been opened at the Central Exhibition Hall “Manezh” by the Plenary session “World Energy Risks and Effective Governance” within the II International Forum “Russian Energy Week”. The Plenary moderator was Dr. Vladimir Feigin, President, Institute for Energy and Finance, Advisor to CEO of ROSNEFT. 


The Head of Business Development of the Energy Web Foundation (EWF) Oriol Pujoldevall, Head of Research and Forecasting Group of the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA)  Natalia Porokhova and  Deputy Chairman of the Board, Russian National Reinsurance Company  Natalia Karpova made the presentations within the session.


The General Partner of the Conference is Rosneft. The organizer is the Institute for Energy and Finance.
