Deputy Minister noted that the period of a temporary oil market imbalance in terms of oversupply is close to completion, although volatility will occur periodically.

Speaking about the gas industry development, Kirill Molodtsov noted that the period of decline in gas production in Russia is completed, and the gas consumption in Europe is seems to grow. Also there is an active development of the infrastructure for a sharp increase in gas supplies to the Asia-Pacific region in 2017-2021 years.
