Particular attention during the Conference will be devoted to the actual role and place of energy scenarios to ensure strategic planning in corporations, government bodies and regional economic integration organizations.

The Minister will present the Bulgarian energy sector as a part of the European energy market. The participation of the Bulgarian delegation in the EPP-2015 events will contribute to the development of a joint dialogue on the important issues of the Bulgarian-Russian energy cooperation.

The focus of the speech of Aleksey Mikheev is priority issues of development of the Russian oil and gas industry, including reducing dependence of the Russian energy sector from import of foreign equipment, technic, components, services, software, etc.
